Currently Living at: Lucky Dog's South Carolina shelter; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!
Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think this pup would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure they can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit...
