Sandie was found as a stray and taken to a shelter. She is a very sweet little girl who charms everyone she meets. She can sometimes be shy or even frightened around new people. We don't know what happened to her before she wound up in the shelter. She may have been mistreated, or she could have lacked the proper socialization that would allow her to know that strangers do not mean danger most of the time ... but she does warm up given some time to get used to new people and places.
She is a darling little fluffball who we would like to see have a home with a yard. She LOVES to play in a yard and roll around on grass, so we'd like her to have that opportunity. If she does have a yard it must have a fence, and she will need to be watched when she is outside, especially if her new home is in an area where coyotes and other wild critters live.
As it can take awhile for her to warm up to new people, her home should be in Orange County or close to it so we can ...
