Meet Nachos Bell Grande! This sweet girl was rescued from behind a Taco Bell and is still learning to feel safe around humans. She can be nervous around people and may hiss (likely but totally benign) or run away at first, but with patience she’s beginning to let her guard down and show curiosity and trust in her own time. She loves to be pet but forgets until you touch her or hold her securely while you love on her and make her nervous exterior melt. Nachos absolutely loves to play, especially with string toys, and she enjoys cuddles when wrapped up in her favorite blue blanket. The sweetest moments with her are the little ones, when she chooses to stay nearby, leans into a blanket cuddle, or forgets to be scared while chasing a toy. She’s looking for a calm, quiet, understanding home that will give her the time and love she needs to continue building confidence at her own pace.
