Moira needs a calm, peaceful home where she can decompress and open up at her own pace. The good news is that once she does, she is an absolute dream. She is house-trained, learns quickly, and once she understands what you need from her she follows through every single time. Her previous foster describes her as incredibly cuddly and genuinely an easy pup.
