Hope’s story begins on a freezing night in Kentucky, where she was heartbreakingly tied to a gas pump and left alone during an ice storm. A kind passerby couldn’t bear the thought of her spending the night there and brought her to safety, where she was soon taken in by a loving foster through Starfish. Thanks to that one act of compassion, Hope is now safe, warm, and ready for the forever home she deserves.
Hope is about 9 months old and weighs around 60 lbs. She’s already got an impressive set of manners for such a young dog — fully potty trained, crate trained, and wonderful on a leash. She does well with other dogs and enjoys their company.
Personality-wise, Hope truly lives up to her name. She’s a happy, playful girl who loves to have fun, but she also knows how to settle nicely and will happily curl up for snuggles and quiet time with her people. She’s the kind of dog who brings joy just by being near you.
