Dottie is a very sweet, high-energy puppy-like young dog. We should have named her Rascal because she is a little Rascal. She loves to play, loves to go on walks, and explore. She is looking for a family that is up for a whirlwind adventure. Energy Level? High House-trained? We are working on it Describe how they are on leash? She is learning leash manners and catching on Describe how they are with other dogs? Good with other dogs overall. She may be shy when meeting new dogs, but once she's comfortable, she enjoys playing. She can be protective of her food, so meals should be fed separately. She may also show reactivity when confined in her crate, but this typically subsides once she's out and has a chance to interact appropriately. Have they been around cats or other animals?
