Cola is an approximately 6 year-old lab mix girl. Along with her brother, She was rescued by our partners at KAW during the pandemic lockdown in 2020. Something happened to her, we dont know what. However, it left her so devastatingly injured, she lost her 2 back legs. Although Cola has 2 legs, she lives her life the way she wants- unhindered. She spends her days running around, sunbathing, and being the lively self she is. Cola's story is defined by resilience, joy, and an unbreakable spirit.
Cola joined Twenty Paws Rescue in March 2023. Her journey quickly captured hearts, with her story shared widely on social media and in national outlets such as People.com and Newsweek. For nearly two years, Cola waited patiently for a forever home, charming everyone she met with her sweet nature and playful personality.
