Meet Peaches, a sweet and resilient 60-lb hound mix who has weathered more hardship than any dog should — yet her spirit remains gentle, hopeful, and full of love. We believe she’s a middle-aged girl who has known many litters and very little comfort, but despite everything, she’s ready to embrace a future where she can finally be cherished. Peaches was abandoned in Kentucky and left to survive outdoors, doing her best with only occasional human interaction. She has made tremendous progress since being in NJ, showing us just how much she wants to bond and thrive.
She is a happy, affectionate girl, a bit of a goofball who loves to play with other dogs. She loves belly rubs and hugs and kisses.
