Baxter is a sweet senior boy who joined our rescue after his family of 11 years moved out of the country. At just 4.5 pounds, he is a tiny little guy with a big personality. He is adjusting to his new life and would love nothing more than to spend his golden years with a family to call his own. Baxter is a bit hot and spicy and is not shy about letting you know if you are misbehaving. Since he has no teeth, his “corrections” are all gums, loud sounds, and a little slobber. It is more comedy than anything else. Energy Level? Low. House trained? Yes. However, we have used belly bands to discourage marking, and it is working! Describe how they are on a leash?
