Founder & CEO
Chloé Fabiani founded Paaw in 2021 to make pet adoption simple, responsible, and appealing. With a background in digital marketing at Havas and Canal+, and as the founder of content agency Peach Me, she chose to dedicate her skills to animal welfare, a lifelong passion. Confronted with the staggering statistic of 300,000 annual pet abandonments in France, she launched Paaw to digitize shelters, streamline adoptions, and shift public perception. Now based between Paris and San Francisco, Chloe leads Paaw’s growth with the goal of making adoption the go-to choice for future pet owners.

  Danielle brings 10 years of Customer Success experience and a passion for building strong relationships. At Paaw, she leads shelter operations and onboarding and is a dedicated animal welfare advocate committed to helping pets find loving homes.
