Chief presents as a calm and quiet dog in his kennel. He was easy to leash and exited the kennel without issue, walking calmly to the yard with a loose, relaxed body posture. While passing other dogs on the way outside, he showed no signs of leash reactivity or overarousal.
In the yard, Chief was friendly and affiliative with his handlers, frequently checking in for attention and readily engaging for treats. He is highly food motivated and demonstrated basic obedience skills by sitting and lying down on cue for rewards. Even with dogs passing the yard, Chief remained focused on his handlers and showed minimal interest in the surrounding distractions.
