Animal Information: Zoey is a 6 year old, 60 pound German Shepherd mix in need of a new home. She was adopted from Kitsap Humane Society three years ago and has been waiting over a year to be rehomed. Her current owner is moving due to health reasons, and Zoey is now confined to a crate most of the day with only brief breaks.
She has lived with a cat, but her limited time outside the crate makes it unclear how well she is fully integrated. Zoey is house trained, crate trained, and has basic obedience skills. She is dog friendly. She is social with people and seeks out attention.
Zoey would do best with an adopter who has experience with large breeds or shepherd type dogs.
