Meet Winston – A Tiny Hero with a Huge Heart Winston is a handsome boy with a larger-than-life spirit and a story that will tug at your heartstrings. When he was just a tiny baby, he was accidentally closed in a recliner and suffered an injury that left him paralyzed from the waist down. Sadly, he didn’t receive medical care right away—but thanks to a kind-hearted Good Samaritan and our rescue, he’s now safe, loved, and thriving. Winston may never walk, but he doesn’t let that slow him down. He’s full of playful energy, curiosity, and spunk. He zooms around in his diapers, chases toys, and wrestles with his foster siblings. He’ll need a special kind of home—one that can help him express his bladder every 8-12 hours, assist with bowel care, and keep a close eye out for potential issues like UTIs.
