Meet Winnie, a beautiful 3-year-old Pit Bull mix who has already come so far. ❤️

When we found Winnie at the shelter, she was absolutely terrified—shaking and curled up in the corner, unsure of the world around her. Sadly, that fear didn’t disappear the moment she was rescued. It translated into fearful behavior, and Winnie needed someone to help her understand that she was finally safe.

Winnie has just completed extensive professional training, and she is doing fantastic. She has made incredible strides, gained confidence, and continues to improve every day. We are so proud of how hard she has worked.

Now Winnie needs a very specific kind of home. She needs an experienced, Pit Bull-savvy owner who understands fearful dogs and can provide the structure, boundaries, love, and discipline she needs to continue succeeding.

We also want to be completely transparent: Winnie is not a dog you’re going to take to dog parks, crowded patio...
