Tulip

Animal Information: Tulip and her sister are 10 week old small breed terrier mixes (best guess) who were surrendered to our rescue partners, Animal Advocacy and Rescue Coalition, in TX. Their family were unable to care for them and trusted that they would be responsibly placed through AARC. Tulip is a playful, sweet 2.5 month old puppy who loves other dogs and people. She was in a loving foster home in TX while waiting for her freedom ride to the PNW. Mom weighs 16 lbs, we do not know who dad is.
