Toad

Meet Toad! Toad is an 1.9 year old neutered mixed breed (a little herding dog, a little terrier, and a whole lot of personality). He came to us as a stray puppy in rural Texas back in January 2025 with his siblings—who’ve since found their families. Now it’s Toad’s turn!

Foster Update:Toad is basically pure mischief wrapped in a cuddly, cow-spotted package. His unique “reverse Guernsey cow” coat—mostly white with tan patches—makes him look like a tiny calf, but don’t be fooled: he’s all pup, no moo.Cuddles are his specialty. Snuggling into a cozy bed at night is his favorite event. He truly believes affection should be an Olympic sport—he’d take home a gold medal every time.
