TayTay is the sweet mama of our Eras Litter, and while she still has a few weeks of mom duty left, we're hoping to find her forever family now so she can go straight home once her puppies are ready to leave the nest.
First, we need to discuss the obvious: the underbite. TayTay comes equipped with the most adorable scruffy terrier face and a tiny little underbite that regularly puts her bottom teeth on display. It is ridiculous. It is perfect. We love it.
Behind that adorable face is a girl who is still learning that people can be safe.
TayTay came to us from a hoarding situation, so much of normal life is new to her. She's nervous and cautious, but she isn't nippy or reactive. When something feels scary, her instinct is to freeze or hide rather than fight.
But here's the really exciting part: the progress she's made in only three weeks has been incredible.
