NEW INTAKE 8/23/2026: Spittlebug - female - approx 4 years old - 9.2 pounds - Yorkie mix

Reason for intake: We were contacted about three dogs in need at animal control. All of them in terrible shape. Stinkbug and Spittlebug are heavily matted, with overgrown nails. Spittlebug may be the mother of Stinkbug and she also may be pregnant again. She's definitely had puppies in the past. Stinkbug doesn't appear to have ever had puppies. We've scheduled a groom for them and they will also both be heading to the vet the week of 8/24/2026. Both are very sweet. We're not sure why the three ended up at animal control and honestly, we don't even care. We're just glad that we are able to help all three. Stay tuned!
