Sonja is the sweetest little love you could imagine. She is a smart and friendly Tricolor Beagle. At a little over 1.5 years old, she has a very chill but still puppy like energy that could never leave you feeling loveless. Although she is VERY shy at first when it comes to people, once she warms up to you she loves to be pet, played with and loved. She is a lap dog for sure. Sonja is loyal, curious and will snuggle up with you but will also be right on your heels at all times!
Sonja came to her foster home scared of most noises (especially loud percussion sounds like thunder and the evil garbage truck that had her hiding under the bed) but through lots of practice and love we have gotten alot of her noise sensitivity under control. She does still dart away from noises like passing cars and construction when we go for walks.
