This beautiful girl is sensitive to physical touch in general and may get overstimulated if petted too strongly initially. Gentle, loving pets around her neck, back, and butt will have her purring and rolling around side-to-side affectionately. She warms up quickly to pets when offered food or treats, so be sure to give her plenty of pets during any feeding session. Sirena also enjoys petting when she feels secure in an elevated or protected position, such as in a cat tower. She will slowly approach you when sitting on the ground next to her, and responding with slow movement will earn her trust to be pet easier over time.
