Meet Shy! Shy is a white Chihuahua with the sweetest little personality beginning to shine through. She came from a hoarding situation where she had very little positive human interaction. When she first arrived in foster care, she was extremely frightened, underweight, and afraid of being touched. With patience and the guidance of her foster dog siblings, Shy has blossomed into a happy, playful little girl. She loves chasing toys, playing with the other dogs, and following her people from room to room. Watching her discover how to simply be a dog has been incredibly rewarding. Shy is still working on house training. She does have accidents but tries to use pee pads and does best when taken outside on a regular schedule. While her confidence around other dogs has grown tremendously, she is still learning to trust people.
