Sheila is a sweet & gentle girl looking for a quiet home while she continues to gain confidence. She is more timid/shy than she is fearful. This petit darling (under 40lb, yes full grown) we suspect she never left the property she grew up on so most of the world is a brand new experience for her. She has done well on tandem walks with calm female dogs around her size. Ideally a lower traffic home with adopters who will have patience as she navigates her new surroundings. She is affectionate, has warmed up fairly quickly meeting new people, she is curious and has lived successfully with cats in passed. She has an attention-grabbing shriek in kennel but there was report of this behavior in her previous home. You may hear her before you see her in kennel, this is attention seeking behavior, that is unlikely to persist in a home setting, as it has only happened in kennel.
