Sadly, her family had to make the difficult decision to surrender her because they are moving to a place that does not allow pets. It’s a heartbreaking change for this sweet girl, but Shanell is hoping her next chapter will lead her straight into a forever home. Shanell is the kind of dog who seems to make friends wherever she goes. She is friendly, affectionate and loves being around people. She gets along with everyone, including children and infants, and she is also comfortable around other dogs and even cats. In fact, she lived with a cat in her previous home and enjoyed hanging out with her feline friend.This smart girl seems to understand what you’re saying and is eager to please, especially when treats are involved!
