Hi, I’m Serafine! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and am enjoying my time with the nice volunteers, who spend time with and take great care of me—they are so much fun to hang out with! Now I hear that I’m ready to find a wonderful family of my very own, where I can love and be loved furever! I hope to meet them very soon and charm them with my cuteness!
