Savannah is a gorgeous combination of a doe and a shepherd: alert, bright, agile, and food driven. A wonderful companion for experienced dog people and/or a family with teens.

In the morning, grab your coffee, a bucket of balls, and gear up to practice your pitches in your fenced in yard, she is an expert catcher. Be sure to alternate your arms so your muscles stay symmetrical. If you run back into the house for more coffee and take too long, she will cleverly open the screen door to make sure you get an extra big cup. Fill up your fanny pack with treats and lace up your hikers for sniff walks in the woods or on quiet roads. She is nervous around new people she meets along the way and likes her space. While she is reactive toward other dogs when on walks, she has had success meeting and playing with one dog in a supervised, contained, setting.
