Meet Saoirse - Pronounced Sur-sha

Saoirse was a star at Camp Doglando! She is highly food motivated 9 month old puppy who was very eager to learn and make her camper/trainer happy.

She has moved home with her camper to continue her training. Prior to that, her siblings were adopted quickly and for reasons completely lost on us, she's been overlooked at the shelter.

Saoirse has become confident and is beyond excited to be living in a real home. She was so unsure at the beginning of camp and just shell of who she is now. She's like a kid who keeps pinching herself because this new life just cannot be real. :)

Like the true hound dog she is, her nose is excitedly straight to the ground in new places and experiences; taking in all the interesting smells. Loves all toys - especially bones and 1 particular long squeaky...
