SADIE

Please note that we can not guarantee the age, expected weight or breed of any animal. What we provide is our best estimates based on our experience and the information provided by the our medical partners. If breed and eventual size are of great importance we suggest looking into a breed specific rescue or adopting a full grown animal.

Unless otherwise noted, ALL animals are fostered and available for adoption on Long Island, NY.

Sweet Sadie has been in foster care for one year today, patiently waiting for it to be her turn, wondering why it never is.

She’s a good girl, takes treats nicely, is submissive to other dogs (and comes out of her shell in their presence), gives the sweetest kisses, is house and crate trained, and loves toys. She loves to go on walks and go on adventures in the car. And yet, it’s never enough.

Her only fault is that she’s timid, finding much of the world still scary. She just needs a patient home...
