Rustin is a semi-feral kitten. This means he is sorta friendly, skittish of people, but not mean towards people.
He needs time, patience and an indoor home to help him feel comfortable. We just know he has the potential to be a really friendly guy, it's just gonna take a pretty long while to work him up to that point.
