Roscoe is a handsome 4½-year-old German Shepherd who has experienced a heartbreaking change in his world. A few months ago, he lost his beloved owner and the canine family he had always known. While he has handled this transition with such grace, it’s clear that Roscoe is longing for something every dog deserves… a place to belong and a person to call his own.
