Ponder

Meet Ponder! If you’ve read Rebecca Thorne’s Tea & Tomes series, you may remember Ponder, the baby griffon. Our Ponder may not have feathers or talons, but she has inherited something equally distinctive: a wonderfully contemplative playful nature.

While her three siblings are busy turning the room into their personal wrestling arena, Ponder is often… pondering. She might be staring thoughtfully at a wall, gazing out the window from a sunny sill, or quietly investigating a cozy hiding place where she can curl up for a nap. She’s the calmest of the four; sweet, gentle, and a little more cautious than her siblings.

But don’t mistake her quiet nature for a lack of playfulness. Ponder loves to play, cuddle up with her sister Andarna, and, once she gets to know you, settle in for some very good snuggle time. She simply prefers life at a slightly more peaceful pace.
