Petrol is another one of the amazing dogs we took in from KSAR in Afghanistan. He is 5 years old and has striking looks, you can clearly see his Afghan Hound roots. He is about 47lbs, has a very sweet nature and a playful disposition.
Petrol has been enjoying his life here in San Diego. He spent about a month in short-term foster and did amazing. He is housebroken, dog friendly, has been leash trained and just an overall pleasant companion. He gets along well with other dogs, he might be a little reserved at first, but once he gets to know the other pup he is all in for play time.
