Payton

Animal Information: Payton and Marshall are 4 year old, 15 lb Chihuahua mix brothers that joined our rescue from Oklahoma.

The boys are sweet, eager to make friends with people and dogs, and have no behavioral concerns noted by the sending rescue. We love their sweet smiles and happy tails and cannot wait to welcome them to the PNW.

Foster Profile: Payton is really easygoing. He’s a happy guy. He is becoming more and more confident. He has settled in well with my 2-pups, one of which can be kind of difficult. He’s a chihuahua who’s not the most social guy. When he tells Payton to get lost, Payton listens.

He and my resident pup are have not engaged in play just yet, but I can tell Payton would welcome some playtime but he’s not pushing it beyond getting into the “play position”. It takes my guy some-time to engage in play with fosters. I don’t think it would be an issue if he were an only pup.
