Otis

Meet Otis! Otis is a terrier mix about 1 year old and a 16 pound bundle of happiness with an affectionate, playful personality and a whole lot of love to give. He absolutely loves people and other dogs and is happiest when he is right in the middle of whatever his favorite humans are doing. He spends his days playing with his foster siblings, racing around the yard, and occasionally chasing butterflies. Otis is smart, funny, and incredibly people oriented. He follows his foster mom everywhere, sometimes pops up on his back legs to get a little closer, and has even been known to reach out as if he wants to hold your hand.

When playtime is over, Otis is an enthusiastic snuggler who loves curling up on a lap and giving plenty of kisses. His potty training is nearly perfect, and he has been an easygoing and remarkably quiet houseguest. After almost a month in his foster home, his family has yet to hear him bark.
