Meet Otis This sweet little Chihuahua was rescued alongside his buddy Clara Belle after spending much of his life as an outdoor dog in rural South Carolina. Thankfully, his owners surrendered him to a local shelter, giving him the opportunity for the safe, loving life he deserves.
For the past few months, Otis has been living as an inside dog in foster care with multiple dogs and cats. He's gentle and easygoing with other dogs and adores the cats. He’s a live-and-let-live kind of pup and such a sweet soul.
Otis is a naturally social Chihuahua who genuinely loves people. Whether he's greeting visitors at home or charming the staff at the vet's office, he's all tail wags and happy energy. He's housetrained and has excellent house manners.
