NOVAK NEEDS A FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name: Novak Best Guess for Breed: Retriever mix - some lab in there!

Best Guess for Age: 1.5 years as of September 2026 SEX: Male

Approximate Weight: 44 lbs as of 8/3/26

Gets Along With: Other dogs! Has lived with kids.

Currently Living at: DC area foster home

Special adoption considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think Novak would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure he can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes.
