Hi, I'm Newton! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and now I hear that I'm ready to find a wonderful family of my very own, where I can love and be loved furever! I hope to meet them very soon and charm them with my cuteness! I came in heartworm positive, but I'll be treated for that soon, so local adoption please. I got to spend some time in a nice foster home and now I'm ready to find my new family.

• OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I can be around other dogs but should NOT live with another dog due to guarding food and treats and these things cannot be around us when we're together. There was a bite related to this guarding, so just ask about that. / I ignored the cat in my former foster home, but all cats are different, so I'm not sure how I would be with another kitty, and no food or treats should be around us. / I haven't met kids yet, but Mostly Mutts thinks kids ...
