MEET MILO — A SURVIVOR READY FOR HIS FOREVER HOME
It’s hard to imagine everything Milo has been through and even harder to understand how, after all of it, he is still such a gentle and loving soul.
Milo is estimated to be around 6 years old and weighs about 45 lbs. He was rescued from the streets of Tijuana in heartbreaking condition. He was severely emaciated, nothing but skin and bones, and suffering from terrible mange. His body told the story of a dog who had been struggling for far too long.
But Milo never gave up. ❤️
After several weeks of treatment, Milo has now been medically cleared to leave the kennel and continue his recovery in a home. He still needs to gain weight and regrow his beautiful coat, but we already know there is a handsome boy waiting to emerge. More importantly, his personality has already begun to shine.
Despite everything he has endured, Milo is incredibly sweet, gentle, and good with other dogs....
