# Marilyn — A Fluffy Girl Who Just Needed Time

Meet Marilyn, a beautiful fluffy girl who came to San Antonio from our friends at Save a Gato in Puerto Rico. When Marilyn first arrived, she was **very shy** and spent most of her time hiding in a closet. But over the past couple of months, she has made incredible progress, and now she is showing us what a sweet girl she really is. ❤️

Marilyn absolutely loves climbing cat trees and playing with little toys and balls. She hasn't quite figured out the fun of wand toys yet, but we're sure she'll get there! She also loves her wet food and has a very special weakness for Churus. In fact, nightly Churu treats served from a foster's hand were the secret to earning her trust and helping her learn that people can be wonderful.

Once she trusts you, Marilyn enjoys being petted **all over her face, ears, neck, and back**. She may need a little patience at first, but watching her come out of her shell is incredibly rewardi...
