Maggie's Journey to Love-
Maggie is a 9-year-old German Shepherd with soulful eyes, 91 pounds of love (okay… maybe a little extra love), and a comeback story that deserves its own movie.
She was rescued by Southeast German Shepherd Rescue after being found tied up in a backyard, having just given birth to 3 puppies, all of which died shortly thereafter. She came into foster care physically depleted, emotionally shutdown, scared of men, confused by normal household life, and startled by every loud noise. It’s clear that several humans failed her early on.
