07/15/26 Doggie Day Out:

Luna was excited to see and meet me when I arrived at the shelter, she didn’t seem too nervous at all! She jumped right in my car, whined for about five minutes and then laid down. We went to my backyard where she met a few family members (all adults) and was happy to meet all of them, didn’t show any signs of being scared or nervous. She went from person to person to get pets and didn’t seem interested in toys or the kiddie pool full of water. We went to drakes the barn where she seemed very interested in our food but laid down under the table quietly while we ate lunch. She will definitely be attached to her people. Every time one of us got up, she got up and watched wherever we went. She walked well on her leash and would look back and check in while walking ahead of me. She did great and didn’t cry in the car every time she got in after that first ride. W...
