Animal Information: Leni is a 8-pound, curly-coated sweetheart who came into the Stanislaus Shelter after being found wandering the streets by a good Samaritan. Estimated to be around 5 years old, she was never claimed and sadly became at risk in an overcrowded shelter. She is friendly and affectionate with people and great with other dogs. We can't wait to help her start her next chapter in the PNW!
Foster Profile: Leni is finally ready for adoption following her arrival in the PNW and a rough case of kennel cough. She's back to a healthy weight and functioning like a healthy, happy girl now.
Leni is friendly with strangers, often asking to be picked up. Good on leash, crate trained, and loves being by her people. While she gets along with other dogs, she prefers her people and would be happy soaking up all the attention herself.
