Meet Lagetha— a Sweet Survivor Looking for Her Forever Home
This beautiful Lynx Point Snowshoe mama has been through more than any cat should have to endure, but she is still learning that people can be kind, gentle, and safe. ❤️
She and her five babies — Astrid, Bjorn, Vidar, Kara, and Sigard — were found abandoned on the side of the road. Lagetha was severely undernourished and simply did not have enough nutrition or milk to feed her kittens. Sadly, little Sigard passed away, and we came frighteningly close to losing Vidar as well. Thankfully, the remaining kittens fought hard, and Mom has been there through it all.
Because of everything she has experienced, Lagetha is still fearful of humans and will need an adopter who understands that trust takes time. But underneath that fear is a loving cat who truly wants affection.
