Up in the sky! Look! It's a Pomeranian! It's a Chihuahua! It's Joey! Joey is a year old, eight pound, long-haired Chi-pom mix, and his energetic personality matches this medley of furballs.
Joey was found as a stray in a cage with 6 or 7 other similar-looking dogs. He is not used to living indoors with humans, but he is slowly becoming confident. He has learned a lot in the meantime: to settle in his crate, to take walks on a leash, and to play with his toys independently.
Joey loves chasing dragonflies and army-crawling in tall grass. He loves sprinting in the yard and chewing on collagen sticks and yak cheese. He especially loves his snuffle mat! There are a few quirks about Joey that will take patience from his future humans. Although he has learned to toilet outdoors, he hasn’t quite gotten over some handling issues.
