Temperament: Jasper is a 3-year-old, 10lb sweetheart who is officially looking for his forever home. While he can be a little shy when he first meets new people, he warms up beautifully once he feels comfortable and safe. He is a wonderful companion for other animals and gets along great with both dogs and cats; in fact, he’s even helped another shy dog in his foster home find the confidence to play.
