Honey is a beautiful 5 year-old Hound mix girl who weighs just under 50 pounds. Honey is completely housebroken and crate trained! She sleeps in her dog bed in her fosters bedroom since she no longer needs to be crated at night. But if she needs to be crated, she willingly goes into her crate.
Honey's activity level is low to moderate. She enjoys her walks but needs to be walked when there are not many dogs to encounter along the way. She can be dog reactive and needs an experienced dog owner. She has learned many basic commands. We are working with a trainer to further her training and reduce her reactivity and she is doing great! She has learned so much to help her be the best dog possible.
Honey lets you know when there are others around. She will bark to alert her human, so she would not be a good fit in an apartment or other multifamily homes where there would be noise from adjacent houses.
