Meet Hennessy!

Hennessy is a gorgeous 1 and a half year old husky that came to our shelter in mid-July. When she first got here as a stray, the person who found her said she was very friendly. On her walks she can be a little shy of new environments but loves sniffing around to learn where she is. Since being at the shelter she has shown signs of understimulation; sometimes her bed will be flipped and her food bowl will be pulled out of the holder. This is common with our really smart dogs. They do not thrive in a shelter environment and would do best in a home where she will have plenty of toys and love. Hennessy did go to foster for a short time and the foster said that she did well with the cat in their home.
