Sweet little guy ISO his forever home!

HEFTY NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!

Name: Hefty Best Guess for Breed: Shep/min pin mix

Best Guess for Age: 3 years as of 8/23 SEX: female

Approximate Weight: 38 lbs as of August 2024

Gets Along With: Other dogs! We have tested Hefty with some of the cats at the shelter, and he did not seem particularly interested in chasing or pouncing on the cat. While this is a positive sign that Hefty could live with a cat, he has not done so to our knowledge. If you have cats in your home, we are happy to discuss with you how to best introduce a new pup to your pack! We haven't seen him with kids.

Currently Living at: South Carolina Shelter, needs DC area foster or forever home
