Meet Heather! Heather is a 2-year-old shy Chi mix who is a very sweet and smart little girl just waiting for her chance to shine.

Heather came into rescue as part of a seizure of eight small dogs from a home that simply had too many dogs. She was the shyest of the group when she arrived. Heather wants attention—she just hasn't quite figured out how to ask for it yet. She can be hesitant about approaching people, but underneath that shyness is a loving little girl who is ready to learn what it's like to have someone all to herself.
