Harley bonded with Frankie - San Diego

Harley is bonded to her boyfriend, Frankie It's a "adopt one get one free adoption fee"



She's a pretty 13 lbs, 14 years old long haired dachshund. She has just had a dental.



Her previous owner went into hospice and couldn’t care for her and Frankie any longer.



When she came to us, she had hot spots on the skin on her back due to negligence so she is now on a special diet to keep her skin healthy and needs to be fed on a schedule with measured food to keep her weight down.



She is potty trained but could risk having an accident here and there if left for a long time without getting out.



Like many senior doxies, she has a cataract in her left eye. She likes to take light strolls but struggles if she’s walking for long periods of time.
