Her Story Haley’s journey started down in Mississippi, where she entered a very rural shelter at just three months old. Month after month went by, and this sweet girl was continuously overlooked. Because she spent four crucial months growing up behind kennel doors, the shelter team knew she deserved a better chance at a bright future. They coordinated a long-distance transport all the way to North Carolina so our rescue could give her the opportunity she's been waiting for!
